Rent the Olympia Clubhouse and/or Pool

Clubhouse- $200 deposit, $200 rental fee

Your rental is for the day of the event from 8 am until midnight. If you are renting the pool, you only have access to the pool area during the hours in which lifeguards are present.  

The pool is available to rent during pool season generally from the second week of May until the beginning of September.  During pool season, the pool is open to all members Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 1 to 8 pm and Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1 to 10 pm.  Private pool rentals may take place outside of these hours usually after the pool closes for the evening.  ONA lifeguards must be present during private pool parties.  Please contact the office to check on private pool rental h

The Olympia Clubhouse includes a 37 ft x 21ft meeting/event space.  A kitchen with sink, stove, oven, refrigerator, and microwave is available for use during your rental.  The meeting room includes access to a covered patio/porch wrapping around the building which can also be used during your event.  The rental includes the use of 3 eight foot tables, 5 six foot tables, and 65 chairs.  

No, setup may not take place until the rental period begins.

Yes, but no glass containers outside the clubhouse.

There are electrical outlets outside and inside.  We do not have a BBQ pit.  You can bring one and set it outside near the picnic area.  It cannot be on the porch or inside the pool area.

Yes, but no confetti or glitter.  Also, no command strips, duct tape or packing tape.  You may only use gray putty or regular scotch tape.  You may not hang items off the ceiling fans.  You must clean up all items by the time the event/rental ends.

Yes, but please be respectful of the residents who live close to the clubhouse.  The music should cease no late than midnight.

Pool items are allowed at the discretion of the lifeguards.  Some games or large floats may interfere with the vision/sightline of a guard.  Decisions are safety based.

This is a non-smoking facility.  If you must smoke, please smoke outside and bring a safe container to dispose of your cigarette butts.  Please do not throw them around outside.

You may cancel or re-book the rental at any time, prior to 1 week before the event.

Yes, in the grassy areas, not inside the pool gate, and you must clean up all debris.

Only pool staff or office staff will be allowed in the building during your rental.
